Project Management

Wallace believes a project manager is much more than a coordinator, decorator or field agent, she acts on behalf of the client seamlessly blending all of these elements together. Her practical and persistent approach allows her to maintain a clear connection between the client, architect, builder, and interior consultant while supervising the design/build process from the conceptual development stage through final construction on a timely and economical basis.
By combining creative, careful planning with constant communication she is able to:
• Develop and maintain a detailed time line with the architect, engineers and sub-contractors
• Coordinate with the client or their interior consultant in creating specification schedules for all interior and exterior finishes within their budget
• Coordinate with all on site sub-contractors to insure that work is completed according to specification
• Satisfy the clients’ needs by monitoring and communicating progress regularly
